This is RO-ZE, a female robot made by ZoomTech
Here is what you need to know:

As you may have read from the reference sheet, RO-ZE is a competitor to the famous Cyan Robot Rebecca, in fact RO-ZE almost has the same similarities to Rebecca.

Backstory:
RO-ZE was completed by ZoomTech Co around 1988 just 4 years Before Rebecca was made, RO-ZE was originally made to be a “step into the future” as ZoomTech called it, Rebecca was made as combat fighting Robot by an employee who previously worked for ZoomTech before who to this day is still alive and says that he is impressed with the success of what he has created, although Rebecca did create controversy for reportedly having the same body type as RO-ZE, RO-ZE meanwhile was doing okay but there was a project that ZoomTech worked on called mini RO-ZE but was scrapped due to an unknown cause.
