(Day 15 is upon us, and this time we head to a version of Tokyo that exists within the AU of Tokyo Afterschool Summoners/Housamo. Depending on what you want to go with. And looks like this version of Ben and Kat are having fun with some of their Transients.)
Day 14: https://www.furaffinity.net/view/59170458/
Within Shinjuku, Tokyo, and two best friends were hanging out after school and getting into more comfortable clothing after changing out of their school uniforms. They were Ben and Kat. Students at Shinjuku Academy, as well as Transients who were summoned from another world. They also happened to be summoners as well. As they called out their signature Transients. Horkeu Kamui, Chernobog and Behemoth for Ben. And Goemon and Tindalos for Kat. These were Transients both respective Summoners bonded and became close to. Quite close indeed.
After everyone had a chance to stretch their legs while chatting, an idea came up that they'd agreed on. A LAN party with a few rounds of League of Legends... Before Tindalos pointed out that matches were 5v5, so 3 more players would have to agree to the match.
Before either Ben or Kat soon started trying to find someone to join in, a figure popped out of Ben's phone, who turned out to be Lil' Salamon that the he was very familiar with. Then a canine Transient who looked a little feral appeared after catching Kat's scent, revealing himself as Garmr. A Transient who bonded with Kat enough call him master out of affection. And lastly a minature version of Tindalos known as one of his mini-bros popped out.
Once the headcount became 10, everyone evenly split themselves into 2 teams of 5 players. Ben, Horkeu Kamui, Chernobog, Behemoth and Lil' Salamon made up Team Ben. And Kat, Goemon, Tindalos, Garmr and mini-bro number 1 made up Team Kat while they organised the setting and brought their computers up.
Then... It was go time! Once everyone checked the connection had on issues and chose their champions, the match soon started! And it turned out some of the players had their own quirks, which tended to impact the match.
Garmr mistook a mouse for a snack, and started chewing on it (Thank goodness for its durability). Goemon was quite competitive, so he came across as a bit hotblooded. Tindalos was more interested in sending Kat some messages which shall we say, flustered his summoner enough to distract him from the game, causing some distracted related deaths for his champion. Tindalos' mini-bro had to pick up a little slack, but was able to do so despite his smaller size.
Meanwhile for Ben's team... Lil' Salamon did struggle a bit due to trying to use a mouse and keyboard, but did adapt enough to get the hang of the game and devotion to his master. Horkeu Kamui was already quite good, likely on account of some experience with gaming. Ben utilised his combat experience and leadership skills into chatting with his team, plus he did also game at times. Behemoth was also quite a bit good at gaming, but he was unfortunately slow at typing. So it did hamper his communication a bit for a fast pace game. Chernobog however... Turned out he was pretty good at the game! He pretty much was an ace with his champion, which left no doubt he'd be the team's MVP.
While everyone was gaming however, there was a report on some upper TVs that there was a star shapped rift in the night sky. Which was potentially a new gate having opened up. Though nobody was paying attention due to their attention being focused on the gate. Not even for the part where there were sightings of a strange dog and raccoon together.
Despite that, everyone was having a good time together. Even if one of the teams would win in the end. As for who wins? Let's have you guys guess.
