These are previews of the Tails for the VN. Technically, the image did not change between now and the original release. What has changed (or been added to most cases) is their nicknames. While I not going to tell you their birth names, I will tell you their nicknames:

BTW, I've also named one of my Taiream kids "Skye", though his design is a recolor of the one from Archie comics.
I currently no plans on revealing the twins outside VN as of yet.
And yeah, I figured we'd have to wait for the other kiddos, considering everything else on your to-do list. Still, I guess that whether the other kiddos end up being born separately or if there are twins, or even triplets, is something you're figuring out (or have figured out), but I can be patient for the reveals. For now, keep up the good work.
