It had started out simply as the annual holiday parade for the city. The citizens lined up for to see all of their favorite characters and wave to them as they floated by in their balloon form. No one thought the balloons would actually attack them! He appeared the villainous Balloon Master descending on the parade in his inflated pants, the purple reptile had replaced most of the parade's helium with his own special gas to take control of every single balloon from balloons that young furs held to the massive cartoon ones broke free from their master's and attacked. There was pandemonium with valuables being stolen and some furs being carried away by dozens of balloons or a single parade balloon! Mass Wolf appeared having wanted to enjoy the parade in her civilian persona Nephele she was quick to respond. But she wasn't alone a newer hero a black feathered avian by the name of Bubble Bird appeared! Using her super suit, she started stuffing the balloons into the pockets which activated the suit's power to make her grow and inflate. Together they went about rescuing the civilians and popping or capturing the evil balloons. Mass Wolf was impressed that Bubble Bird could keep up with her size shifting powers. The bird was able to stuff a few parade balloons into her suit's pockets like they were nothing more than a wallet, those really increased her size.
But Balloon Master was far from finished. He mounted one of his remaining balloons a toon style dragon and rode it like a steed and went to confront the super heroines. He didn't attack at first mostly dodging attacks and trying to keep MW and BB from the rest of his evil parade. But he did have a plan. He led them to a narrower part of the street in the parade route. Tall Skyscrapers flanked both sides then he inflated his pants letting lose all of the helium and his special gas tanks in his pants. His pants rapidly inflated like a massive purple blimp blob. The heroines were quick to react trying to push back against the expanding force. But it was a lot of Mass Wolf also couldn't size shift she was worried she might crush BB and her growth might not be enough to force back Balloon Master's pants. Fortunately, BB had an idea she had taken an air hose during her battle against the balloons, with a lucky shot she was able to toss one end down the waist band into Balloon Master's Pants and gave the other to Mass Wolf and told her to huff and puff like wolves do. MW liked the idea and together with all of their might they pushed back against the balloon and MW inhaled growing bigger and inflating her entire body expanding her belly, butt, hips, and breasts pressing back against Balloon Master's pants. She then blew with all of her might! With the pressure on his backside all of the air was forced into the front of his pants. They were inflating beyond his control he tried stopping his tanks, but it was too late he couldn't reach them. With the air now being on his front side it was easier for MW and BB to push, combined with Mass Wolf size shifting three times they pushed his inflated butt through the skyscrapers and sending him floating up into the air. He would have floated away if MW still didn't hold onto the hose. She inhaled one more time and gave Balloon Master more than his pants could handle they exploded harmlessly above the city and the reptile fell right into MW's cleavage where she trapped the now naked villain.
