Sometimes, I allow myself to take wild suggestions.
Like, where's Lanolin and where's space exploration — in one of the weirdest existing suits, even?
Anyways, it's an anonymous friend's suggestion, it sounded interesting, and I don't regret what I did, so have Lano in experimental, weird ahh AX-5 suit. XD

Basically, Lanolin is one of the characters from IDW-era Sonic comics.
She debuted as a background character in one of the first issues, but later started to appear more often, especially alongside with Tangle and Whisper [and Sonic, too], and became one of main characters [well, sort of ^^;].

As for artwork, thank you! This is my first take in drawing that hardsuit ever, have to admit. Another thing I want to admit... I'm taking a closer look on such experimental suits now, and can already say, in particular, I like the predecessors of xEMU, like Mark III and Z-1/Z-2.

I see. That's understandable — can surely say I barely know about 90s Sonic — like, early Archie and Fleetway comics, and some media from the 00s too. Need to dig a bit deeper, when I'll have time.
It's definitely not the last time I'm doing something with that suit — I kinda like it's look now ^^;
As for details, tried my best in keeping it's look close to the original suit.
That wouldn't happen without some help from my friend Nepu [sensuifuku-nepu.bsky.social] who did a lil research and showed me few variations of that suit — they're not really different, but still noticeable, like additional metal strip on the belt line or two "ears" to which the carabiners of the tethers attaches.
