No solid lore yet, but he lives in the same world as Rargi the dinogorgon. That world is kind of a mish mash of different prehistoric eras where humans (several species of them) coexist with various beastfolk resembling prehistoric fauna. Plus there are actual prehistoric animals of non-sapient variety, and probably some fantastical beasts. It's supposed to be a sort of Conan-esque sword and sorcery setting with mostly paleolithic technology.
Oh, I see! I'm already hooked by this concept. I have some kind of craving for more fantasy settings inspired prehistoric eras.
My own fantasy settings is partially inspired by the Paleolithic and other prehistoric eras. For example, my concepts for Dwarves are low-key inspired by the Neanderthals (hopefully I'll draw them soon).
