ahhh, just for the record, 10 years dealing with a shitty health complication, high blood pressure, tachycardia, heart issues, this time all that it´s getting complicated latelly, has had to been at emergency room couple of times being there at least a time per week, blood pressure medicine didn´t wanted to work latelly till the point i took twice dose and nothing, pressure won´t regulate to normal levels, till the point heart and chest get in pain as well neck and the back of my head plus lower part of shoulders and arms, i been at the edge of a heart attack, all this is getting off hand, tuning hard to control, sigh, i feel down, defeated, sadness just make all this worse and complicated.

mostly wanted to inform this to everyone who follow me and my friends, so if i disappear you all know why, thanks a lots to you all.
