Etiole is a koopa appearing to be 24 years old (though she goes along the rosalina logic) living somewhere in the mario galaxies. She's quite fascinated with the various galaxies (though some do annoy her at times). She's not aligned with mario or bowser. Instead of breathing fire like a normal koopa, she breathes starbits (or for more intensity, the clusters that break into more starbits). She has magic (space and koopa magic) and levitation (like rosalina). She can be quite friendly with the lumas. Her nickname is Cordelia, she knows it's the name of a moon of uranus, and knowing its origins...she's not too happy when referred to by that nickname because of the uranus jokes that follow.
