Oh, the colors are so lush and rich! Very nice Ah...but, what's a bookplate?

They're really just large stickers that you put into your favorite books. More modern ones say "this book belongs to..." but I like the old-fashioned latin enscription. Makes me seem all edumocated and stuff

OOooh very nice! Fantastic work as always, and the character himself has a certain appeal that I can't quite put my finger on....

He's a cutie - I imagine Phano is shaped like a cross between an otter and a dragon. He just seems sort of cuddly

It works quite nicely and he is indeed quite cuddly looking! ^.^

Getting that balance when it comes to crosses is tricky, I know that one very well myself as I'm still working on mine a bit. X-D

BUT, it's absolutely stupendous!! The colors are so vivid and I love the swirly sea. Thanks so much for making this. :D

And the knots look just fine, anything more complicated may have called more attention to the border than the drawing maybe. There is a scientific method of drawing them, but I was never good at it.
