Not to long ago, I got the urge to design and Eldritch being. While Nyarlathotep is technically a gender-less creature, she prefers a very feminine appearance as she finds it to be a useful way to manipulate. As a shapeshifter, she takes on many forms, but to those who wish to address her personally. This is the form she takes as her true for will drive anyone insane.
