The ascended ones are doing god's work. They know that grief, and all the other human emotions which we sometimes try to avoid to feel, can be a part of the human experience. They don't treat you like a tool, like in society. They don't say: "You should not feel this! Get back to work!" or "Get over it!", but they accompany us in our healing process and patiently share their light with us.
