Even though they're he's a super-socialistic, hive minded, throw-own-life-away-for-the-queen-and-colony sort, this Vespid takes a few moments during space maneuvers to appreciate the natural beauty of the universe around him. The complexity of sentience allows for it, and almost every active, abstracting mind needs 'downtime' besides simple sleep to keep it fit and sane.
