Once a human a little more than a hundred years ago, Doctor Blackthorn is an entity that inhabits abandoned hospitals. Many urban explorers who have gone to said places have either never returned or have left those places wanting to go back again. Blackthorn will often use people as unwilling “patients” for his surgeries, most of the time he eats people whole. If he gains a liking to you, there’s a chance he won’t eat you, rather he will let you rub and play with his belly. Blackthorn is also freakishly tall, around nine feet tall.
