Talitha is a 25 year old luma koopa living somewhere in the mario galaxy. Her favorite galaxy to go to is the tall trunk galaxy (she loves slide based galaxies). She doesn't work for bowser. She has the powers of a koopa and the power of pull stars (because blue luma). The pull star power can be fairly versatile, not having to use it on herself, she can use it on others or objects. Being a koopa, she has access to magic.
