Part 3 of the Bad Ends in 
stonerabbit's Edwige's Growth Drive, which I have called Edwige Tries. This one is walk to Antarctica. Unfortunately, that's just causing tsunamis.
I haven't forgotten this I got busy. But also admittedly the way I ended up executing this was completely different from the original plan. Had to make the city smaller like 3 times and it's still too big but never mind that.
