But after being told that he will only recover his freedom once the current threat is stopped he has no other choice but agree to aid Takeshi, albeit reluctantly. While initially uninterested in anything unrelated to defeating their enemy Takeshi begins rubbing on him and starts developing an interest in teaching, protecting and caring the young; something that actually pleases Orcusmon."
