The main secret tends to be temperature. After many years i finally found a technique that lets me cook my sunny side eggs to a satisfying state of runniness: Just fry the eggs reeeeal slow on medium temperature, and make sure to have a bit of oil or butter in the pan. Tends to work 80-90% of the time. xD
