M-talica is a 24 year old robot shoyru living in the sonic world. She WAS once a normal shoyru (likely a similar shade of blue to kannen), a ray of some sort changed that. Her overall design takes some inspiration from metal sonic. Considering how she became a robot, her sense of self is still in there, allowing her to make her own choices. She has the powers of a shoyru and metal sonic's arsenal. She could theoretically fix being a robot...but she needs a neopet brush and or another ray blast and hope for the best. She can use items. Technically speaking, her strength has been boosted by being a robot.
