But yeah been a fan of Conan for a few years now. I think my gateway drug was watching Magic Kaito 1412 spin-off and then watching the main series after. But hey, still damn good detective series and even though One Piece gets the meme about the episode count. Detective Conan still has it beat at the moment lol. But I find I enjoy Conan's episodes more then One Piece's. But I think that is because I can take breaks with Conan and still know what is going on in terms of plot and enjoy the main and side characters a bit more.

oh my god im so sorry i forgot to check FA for a while there-- NO I LOVE DETECTIVE CONAN SOSOSOSO MUCH apparently one piece JUST now caught up to its chapter count idk i was a bit sad about it LMFAO same though!! I've watched both and one piece has some amazing moments but some that are... i can only think to describe them as "exhausting"? if you dont like an arc you kinda have to prepare for a hundred rough episodes so ive had to take breaks.
i only have a handful of days not watching detective conan since i started, its my first time becoming this obsessed with a series haha it has sooo much i love and it makes me so happy ^^ i love magic kaito but id love it to get a really properly good adaptation. have you seen the 12 specials?
