Wanted to try something I've never seen before on either udder or breast. A little more extreme kind of piercings, but unique and visually drawing. A lady with a strange taste, perhaps really trying to catch the eye of her mate more often.

Unlike traditional nipple piercings, I imagine you are right, I have no idea how this would work. Though, technically, the milk ducts connect to not only the nipple but the entire areola, so I imagine the body would adjust. Again, this was something I had never seen before and wanted out of my head, lol.
