I feel like a swallowed a boulder. This big fat belly is everything I wanted... so why do I feel so horrible? ...fuck! Fuck! FUUUUUUUCCCK! My belly feels like ball of solid marble! Ugh... I think... I might need to go on a... *hic* ...diet."

Looks like Diablo is dealing with the aftermath of his holiday stuffing... and it's far from what he imagined. Poor guy; all that sugar has boiled and caramelized into solid fat. Or more accurately, caramelized fat! Yep, when demons eat too much sugar too quickly and at one time, the sugar doesn't process correctly and it caramelizes and sticks. Add to the fact that Diablo's fat belly is made of liquid visceral fat, and well... it's no wonder Diablo feels like crap today. Also, caramelized fat is super heavy and Diablo isn't one to workout his muscles, being a lazy git and all. Looks like he's gonna have to swallow his pride and start an exercise routine and go on a strict diet to work all that off. Caramelized fat is rather stubborn and it can take months for it to break down...
