I remember going to AC at the Hyatt Regency in Philly, my first AC, my last one... The last year it was held in Philadelphia. I would kill to go again, I would sell my left kidney and my only spleen to go again..

I met so many awesome folks. Had a chance to meet JWillard (Jessica) the first furry artist I ever ran into on Template of Luna, as a 13 year old, sneaking on to the net, looking at 'naughty' things without my folks knowing. I also had the great honor of meeting Dragoneer, even if he was a bit of an ass. He was still great.

Anyways, sorry for the semi-rant semi-tedtalk... Just brings back amazing memories, maybe some day they'll have a new furry con somewhere in New England that ISNT in the middle of Boston (is it strange that I had an easier time navigating Philly, traffic/drivers than Boston ones? Weird).

Hah, yeah, ANE is just about impossible to get to... if they ever hold it outside of the city, I'd be up for attending that one again too! Cons are great for making amazing memories-- here's hoping we make many more!

ANE's a lot easier to get to now that they're holding it in the seaport beside the BCEC (Where they have huge cons like PAX East and whatnot)

I have never been to a convention, nor do I plan to.

For the three people looking in the comments who want context for some of these that are available for public sharing that I can remember and aren't self explanatory:

Wat: After dinner at the Brazillian steakhouse, Fogo De Chao, he along with several other folks braved a summer downpour to make it back to the convention center so they could see a TF panel later that night.
Carp: Inspired by that Tshirt party game in Jackbox. I can't remember the exact joke.
Daf: Who was with us at the time. Second year they went to AC with our group.
TGWonder: Inspired by a trip to the Warhol Museum. They really wanted to push those bananas
Jen: Bless her, she made full page doodles for folks at the con in our group
Marquis: Off and on would do some story writing while in line or waiting around the convention
KD, Gunzil and Brigand: Who spent most of the con shilling for Mice Tea at their booth shared with LN
Maku: Is always pregnant
Ardail: Spent most of the con working at the table since he's allergic to being social
Bralios: Who kept giving out snacks because he brought too many
Me/Nocturn3: Acting as a buffer while LN was bringing the cash box back to his room during the last day of sales at AC
Carly: Who was giving out these squishy things she bought a big box of to folks in our group
Zod: Who fell for the meme of drinking the turkish salty yogurt drink
Specialspoon: Poor bastard spent the convention days driving all the way from where he and his nephew[?] lived to the con, arriving on evening of the last day after the con center was closed

correction: Wat got water dumped on him at a ramen place

Traditional sketching gives me anxiety and I feel so restless
