Panu is a 24 year old hydrogeddon living in the sonic world, infused with the power of a burst wisp. He may appear to be fat, though he's likely just...bloated. Given He's infused with a burst wisp, he may cause large bursts (around an oxygeddon would be even more dangerous). He has the powers of a hydrogeddon and a burst wisp. He can use the bursts in the same was as the actions of the wispons (without the wisp required in this case) though with more bounces (he stops when he's tired of using the "special" burst wisp power for it or when he's at the desired height). He's currently wondering around the starfall islands.
