Luca is a 26 year old neo flamvell hedgehog living in the sonic world, infused with a burst wisp. His nickname, Haco, means fire/flame (though may also come from the sound he makes from time to time when spitting fire). He can be a bit reckless. Being infused with a burst wisp made his fire stronger. He has the powers of a neo flamvell hedgehog and a burst wisp. He might have a few ways to use the burst wisp for speed boosts and or better jumps. He might be able to use other wisp powers but those are temporary. He's been spotted doing this insane jump on radical highway.
