I did some fiddling to make the tubas more prominent. If I actually did recording, I'd probably try some distortion on the tubas as well. Low saxophone=instant badass sound, but tubas need all the help they can get not to sound goofy.

So what is BrassCore? In my mind, it is having no bass guitar, guitar, or keyboard--instead, it's all horns (particularly brass, though I throw in some saxophones and clarinet in here). For the bass, you can use baritone sax, bass clarinet; all my bass are belong to tuba.
In this arrangement, I use two tubas: A "Bass" tuba, which plays bass lines, and a "Rhythm" tuba, which lays down the beat. That's right, I don't even have a drum kit.
I still don't know what genre this fits in, though. Considering the weight of some of my instruments, heavy metal?
