
Buah dabai atau buah zaitun Sarawak merupakan buah yang mempunyai kulit berwarna hitam keunguan dan mempunyai isi berwarna kemuning. Cara penyediaannya ialah melalui rendaman air panas serta disapukan dengan garam atau sos kicap. Rasanya berlemak setelah melalui proses rendaman air panas.
