He's very tan. Some people have asked what ethnicity he is, but the answer is kinda ambiguous. Since the city they live in is relatively isolated and small, they don't have the same racial identifications we do, so they're homogenized in that respect. They instead distinguish race between different types of shifters (so, phoenix, drac, vamp, etc.). Not sure if that's what you meant XD Nine is a good deal more tan than Dice, but not extremely dark. Dice is pretty pale by contrast though.
Dice's irrational anger is brought to you by years and years of emotional bottling-up. He's a pressure-cooker waiting to go off, but no test subject has ever given him a reason to before.
And yes, his angriness cracks me up :P We're updating more frequently all of sudden because Demi and I were busy last week and now we are volcanoes of creative energy, all cooped up...like Dice's anger.

For a lab tech doing professional work, that's not a very professional reaction.
The fault lies in him not maintaining a well made coat, or noticing it has a hole in it - it should always be assumed that the charges they're keeping will try to make trouble, holding them at fault for doing such is basically shifting blame.
