Monterio Kiyabu Character Sheet

I got this character back recently, and I'm glad I did since he's personally and retrospectively one of my favourite character designs I had made. Monterio Kiyabu is a bodybuilder of a furred dragon and is a master in several martial arts of Jujutsu, including Judo and Hapkido. Not that surprised given dragons can live for several centuries in the first place. He usually wears a fundoshi during his training and sparring matches as his fur can get in the way while wearing regular clothes. He needs to be quick with his buff body to defeat his opponents while also impressing the ladies with his handsome looks.
