This idea came after viewing Perun's video on rocket artillery, where he mentions a possible trend of adding stabilisation kits to unguided rockets to increase their accuracy. I decided that the stabilizing gyroscope should be powered by the rocket's own exhaust instead of thermal batteries, to reduce weight and maintenance.
