Does make sense. But that would be more Yuuki being more attached to her than Alekai or Shiloh.
For TB, it would make more sense for her to be full mute. But in NS, the other comic, it would make more sense to be different. Like, my gf's brother could but wouldn't speak until he was probably 3 years old. Something more like that, like Shiloh can speak but won't unless to certain people or under certain circumstances.
