Hello all! Happy 2025 :)
As I like to do every year, I put together a collection of my favorite drawings and pieces from the previous year and arrange them by the months each piece was finished in. It's a fun way to look back! I'm often surprised by how productive some months are and how unproductive other months are. It's a bit difficult to show the breadth of what I've worked on for some months, however. For example, in December I actually took on a small challenge to try and make as many daily comics as I could. I ended up making about twenty of them, and I'm very proud of it, but it's also not a very easy thing to represent in a small rectangle in any way that looks readable. So, instead, I settled for just choosing my favorite of the comics and using that to represent the effort.
Also, I'm sure some folks here will see pieces here they haven't seen before and be confused as to why they aren't in my gallery. The answer is either that a) I'm working on turning the sketch into a finished piece for later or b) I felt like the work was either too rough or too personal to showcase here.
Either way, I hope that you all enjoy this little look back! And I hope that this coming year ends up being a year where you can take steps towards whatever goals that you're trying to achieve. Good luck, everybody!
