Pipp is 4 years old just like Tracker but unlike Tracker. She is potty trained. Due to the fact that Tracker is still in diapers. Pipp thinks she is smarter than the boys and likes to be bossy and sassy towards them. So she likes to boss the boys around. Tracker and Chase listen to her. But Pipp likes outsmarting boys too. :)
