Zivene is a 26 year old nidorina living in the sonic world infused with a laser wisp. She doesn't know how, but the small cyan diamonds (the likes of the ones you would aim at with the cyan laser power) imbedded in her claws. She can zoom around. She has the powers of a nidorina and the cyan laser wisp. Surprisingly she can fire lasers from her claws, sometimes with poison jab/poison sting. She can use other wisps but they remain temporary.
