Oh dear - that's how shopping carts get stolen!
The best incident ever was dragging two shopping carts (I put one cart inside the other cart since it's wheels were literally inoperable and completely destroyed) back to a store that I used to work for. The GM had quite the horrified expression on his face when he saw how mutilated those wheels looked. Neither of us could figure out how that individual managed to get both shopping carts across the street (it is a busy street) and park both of them at a Walgreens.
One of the employees from the Walgreens called our store about our carts being there.
** I don't think that we were out of bags that day, but, I suppose that it was a possibility that we were!

Shopping carts have been fleeing into my neighborhood for Y E A R S. I usually just leave them be - not everyone has a push cart to help them bring home their groceries. But, I'm seeing more push-carts and less shopping carts out here, so maybe they're getting more popular. They sure are more handy and less cumbersome to steer through a store than a shopping cart is. Just gotta mind those huge cracks in the sidewalks and parking lots though!
Hey, did you guys get a lot of snow from Blair? My parents will probably see some snow in Tennessee later this week. I'm gonna bug my Dad about it like I'm five years old because we don't get snowfall out here very often. The temperature is too warm for it to snow.
