I guess I'm hearing things.
Either really good midi, or nice guitar.
some of the notes in the vocal line aren't in the key.
On "fade away into nothing" the higher note in the word away is implying a major tonality while the backing track is minor. You should consider lowering it a half step especially since the passage is repeated a good 8 times or so.
There's a coupld otherr parts lke that. At first I thought you were just a little sharp, but I think it was on purpose.
