Looks like he's busy once again. A superhero's duty never ends. Good thing he can use his water powers to sort of fly through the air, such as on a watery hoverboard. He'll be there in no time!
I've never quite reveived fan art before, excluding gifts from good friends, so this came as a surprise! Augusto really loves Turbulence, so this happened, and I'm very thankful. <3
