If one is under the age of thirty-five (35), then you are not really a "grey muzzle" in my humble opinion; as much as many others out there in this age group may wish to identify with, and be a part of that label.
Seeing that if one is under aged 35, then it could be pointed out to you that this is still *quite a young age* in the world, to be completely frank with you ☺. And in turn, you have much more things to do with yourself in life, with much more *time* to do it with, than many others over this age group often times have.
And so given this, older people could point out to you also that you still have a lot more "maturing" to do in life, before one can reach an age group that one considers themselves "older" or "mature".
There are many people in this younger age group (under thirty-five) who are very fortunate indeed also; in that (one): they are so young and have so much *more time* in life to do things with, and (two): they often times still have a place (with their families and parents) to "fall back on" and go back to, if trying things out (out there in the real world) doesn't work out so well for them, when they first start out.
By still living at home with one's family when one is under the age of thirty, for example - it is not really being a true grey muzzle, it could be argued.
There are many true "grey muzzles" out there - that no longer have many of these luxuries in their lives; and in turn, find themselves at a much more different level, within a much more different reality than many of their younger colleagues are in.
But, one can still be at this younger age group and still make a positive communal impact if they choose - by being in this age group and still welcoming, and even... encouraging - many of these older furs (that are true "grey muzzles") to still participate in things, without any suspicions or judgements.
That would be something that could be really benefical to older people; where those who are younger that still want to support and be a part of the older communities that exist, could have a direct positive impact on others if they choose.
