I've been hardcore brainrotting over my latest OC this past year: Dr. Victor Hawkins, a super-genius that developed nerve-manipulation technology, and superhuman memory retention, with the aid of an otherworldly entity named Vex. He's technically a cyborg, having replaced his hippocampus with a cybernetic implant that can communicate directly with his neural-pathway gloves.

Victor’s ultimate goal is to take over every major source of information across the globe. He wants to flood everyone’s minds with knowledge and data beyond what they can typically comprehend, in hopes that they’ll have eye-opening revelations of just what the human mind is truly capable of; in hopes that once they’re better educated about the rest of the world, humanity will make efforts to improve as a whole.

But he’s also total megalomaniac that enjoys having total control over the people around him. And the fucker will openly admit that.

His main fields of study are quantum physics, the Multiverse, and the complexities of the human nervous system. His side-hobby is tormenting (willing) guinea pigs that are into hardcore tickle-torture, doctor-play and overstim 👌
