Ah, happy New Years' everyone! It's been kind of a lazy holiday season for me. Not much has been getting done recently, if I'm being honest. But now that 2025 is here, I wanted to take some of the character ideas I've had floating around and commit them to some actual art, namely Venus and the myriad gals who work for her. Designing characters is one of my favorite parts of being an artist, so if you like what you see, expect to see more in the future!

Venus (Milotic / 35 years / 12'3" / California)
Owner of the magazine company and self-proclaimed fattest woman in the world. Once a regular supermodel, Venus became disillusioned with her work and sought to reinvent the standards of beauty, starting with transforming herself into a SSBBW icon. She's egotistical and carries quite a temper, but Venus is immensely caring towards those she considers family and values beauty in all Pokémon, even if not as strongly as her own perfection.
Favorite Food: The 10-pound cheddar cheeseburger
Rita (Whimsicott / 28 years / 5'0" / Mexico)
A timid and bookish photographer who Venus found potential in. She's the newest modeling hire at the company, but she's already proved to be a hit with the readers. When Rita's not struggling to open herself up for a photoshoot, she often studies books about nature or goes hiking through the wilderness. She tends to be easily intimidated by the larger models at the company, including Venus herself.
Favorite Food: Pasta salad
Kit (Vulpix / 22 years / 5'8" / Japan)
Kit was a fan of Venus' work who traveled to the States in order to meet her idol. Despite her tiny frame, her appetite and tenacity managed to impress Venus, earning the Vulpix a spot on the modeling team. She's got a bright and friendly personality, but tends to tunnel vision on whatever currently has her to attention, to her occasional detriment. Kit's favorite things include classic rock, video games, and kissing other girls.
