Donna is still taking the tour, Frankie is still trailing after, but fortunately, our real estate agent is to the rescue with a timely announcement that the lawyers are ready.

Did I ever mention that Donna has a kid? I think I may have. He's out at college across the country, so he's not likely to show up in anything we're doing here.

Besides, his mother's antics would embarrass him to death, so it's better that he stays in school.
