Evening are times of peace and relation, not many are able to get this luxury as Aspen do as she gazes up at the stars above along side the glow of the bright white crescent moon. All is at rest, all is at peace in her territory. Her clan relaxing and chatting amongst themselves as the watch take shifts to keep eyes open for any and all danger. Aspen is just happy for this lovely and peaceful evening, the cool air blowing through her feathers, running between her two crests. It smells of pine, faint sap and lavender. Such lovely scents to fill her nose with. As she gazed up at the stars above, she smiled, laying among the lovely white grass that makes up a soft bedding for her, a lovely gift from her mate. "What a perfect night it is. Not a single cloud in the sky above with mother's moon watching over us all. I know she is proud of us all and all that we've encountered and overcome. Thank you Great Mother for your guiding light for us to see within the darkness of the night. We are your forever your children to walk under your light." With a soft hum she turned her gaze to her mate with a loving smile as he came to join her at the next, once nestled together she nuzzled into his feathers. "My sweet darling, how I love these cuddles you give me to keep me warm and to tell me how loved I am." A coo escaped her as she nuzzled more into his feathers, he in return happily preened her.
