The Gryphon waits patiently for the Mock Turtle to tells its story.

I copied this by eye and hand from John Tenniel's illustration in Chapter 9 of Lewis Carroll's ''Alice in Wonderland'' using an old style pen and ink well. Back in the day when there was no ''undo'' command!

It was used as an illustration in my senior year high school yearbook (helps when you're the co-editor!).
