In my opinion - 4th one (first in second row, from the left). To make it still look like polar bear, but with some nice accents of longer fur, suits very well together!
Also, very neat job with your bears.

wow advice from a real polar bear, what an honor! its funny you picked that one since it was the first I made, but I thought "no thats not unique enough". its easy to get jealous of what everyone else is able to come up with i suppose ღゝ◡╹)ノ♡

That's the neat part of creating a fursona or an oc - it doesn't need to be unique on the background of all the characters, it has to please you and be consistent with you - then you will enjoy it no matter how different from others it looks like.
