I love the swooning ladies in the background, very nice visual gag that adds greatly to the scene. ^^ An all feral world, that would be a very interesting concept to play with, sooo many possibilities. Leads to inevitable hard questions, like how they make audio equipment. Or blow glass, or distill alcohol, or take photos, etc. Unless there are humans or bipedal animals as well.

Well, to answer your thoughts. All the ferals need to perform all those action would be to evolve opposable thumbs on pseudo-paws (which you can see in the image), and you have a feral species capable of buildin' pretty much everythin' we can do. Except maybe walk upright...
I love how cute the girls in the back are swooning over the German Shepherd, hope he can take them home later that night.
