The front part of the ring and ropes are done with the kitbashing feature in Hero Forge. The ropes themselves are I think? a KB leopard tail stretched out pretty far and since it's a tail you can manipulate the gaps in between, so it's a matter of bending the tail in place.
The rest is a WWE RAW Arena Wrestling Map I have on Garry's Mod that I suped up for my art.
And thanks it's a combo of me going through a bunch of different heads and tweaking it. Took me quite a bit. You might be able to find the original in one of my earlier Fightober pics. Plus kitbashing for his tusks.
