First art of the year...and its something that I've been pecking at for a good chunk of the previous year. That will be a wee bit of a trend for a bit I think.

I have some character concepts in my head that I have often been reluctant to put to paper, but Im gonna try to be better with that. That said, the 4 characters here are all mine. Some are originally pokemon characters given new life as proper anthros, much like my current fursona, while others are brand new.

No backstories here, as those are still WIPs, but I can give some very brief information. From left to right:

- Galcian: Coyote. Ex-Soldier turned highwayman.

- Caleb: an odd creature known as a Spell-Eater. Ive done a lot with him in the past, but here is his most current design, including a new set of robes. Im cheating a bit with him, as he's not really a "new" character, but I figured it would fit all the same.

- Jillian: Fennec Fox. Budding Alchemist with a focus on plants, fungi, and animals. I have long wanted to remake some of my other pokemon characters as other animals and Jillian is another step towards doing that. For those unfamiliar, she is a re-imagining of my Delphox by the same name, discarding her previous "witch" profession for "alchemist"

- Zenobia: Arctic Fox. A prodigy in numerous arts to a fault. While new, she's related to some other characters of mine, but that is something I can work on later. Imo, her outfit is my least favorite of this bunch and is likley to see the most redesign, especially from the belt up.

This whole thing was also a bit of practice for other things too, such as weapons and instruments. needless to say: stuff is hard. More practice is definitely needed.
