About him:
His hero name Is Rubber Rex. Civilian name is TyrIV.
His true form is a straight up T-rex. His default form is a anthropomorphized t-rex man with a somewhat rounder body shape that still has a muscular look to it. The suit that he is always wearing is his body shaped in a way to look like a suite. The main color of his power is white, so if he were to become a melted single colored puddle he would be the color white. On the right side of his face is the roman numeral 4 like a tattoo, so IV. He also has a large and visible scar on the bottom if his right foot.

Personality and powers:
He's rather naive not in a isn't smart way but because he doesn't know much about the world or where he came from. He's very outgoing and has a strong helpful nature. Thing's he's learned that he likes include meat especially beef, BBQ/grilling, action movies, being social with people, learning about the world he's in, that he is left handed, and messing around with his powers.
He has rubbery powers so he can stretch and shape his body freely. He is also surprisingly resilient to the heat unlike most elastic/rubber powered heroes out there. He doesn't uncontrollably start melting, but he does become significantly softer and more pliant. The cold however completely hinders if not disable his powers. If exposed to the cold for too long he will become frozen stiff unable to move.

Lore:
He was created in a special facility along with 4 others. He is the fourth one created hence why he has the roman numeral for 4 on his face. However while he was still in development a still unknown disaster struck and he was released by his personal scientist before he was finished. (He would have been in his true T-rex form during this as he hadn’t made his default form yet) Being released early left him with no knowledge or memories of where he came from. He was found by a chemist named Saturn (unrelated to the facility) injured, lost, confused, and exhausted. Saturn not being all that unfamiliar with strange things with help took him in. With no knowledge of who he was or where he came from he developed his own personality, more human like form, and the suit that he wears. Becoming a rubber powered hero not by choice but by circumstance.
