Our dog Zelda got heartworm. It will kill her if we don’t go through an expensive treatment. We’ve spent over $1500 in the last 2 days on medical treatment for the dogs and we are stretched too thin. We are designing a shirt and some stickers to help us pay the bill. This image is the design, but pretty small. Ordered a shirt. Hoping for the best for recovery and treatment. I had a shep with heart worms years ago. A huge recommendation and I’m sure they’ll explain it is to make sure your pupper stays sedate and warm as the worms break down in the lungs after the treatment and can cause pneumonia.
Yeah, they told us she can't be too active for a while either and that the treatment takes months. We are a bit worried because the treatment might not work, but this cause has at least helped us take the more expensive and for sure route. Very stressful times, everyone has been so lovely in helping.
