I did have to do a double take on the floaty hands though. XD

He could just be hurtling through the air. I do that a lot, actually. The hands were to accent his appearance- he was supposed to look cute but at the same time, odd, displaced. As if he's from another dimension or somethng.
Plus he was supposed to be only 3 1/2 feet tall... But I guess we can overlook that for this.

He can still by small :3 since theres nothing there to compare sizes.

P.S. His scarf and hat are possessed.
