When Pangy is bored and left alone in the kitchen, yeah, this happens :p
1 bag precooked (and thawed) shrimp that has already been shelled and deveined
1/2 cup mayonnaise (you can also use low fat mayo, or Greek yogurt if looking to cut the calories)
1-2 stalks celery, finely chopped
1/2 onion, finely chopped
1 tsp garlic salt
salt and pepper to taste (here, I should have used white pepper instead of the regular pepper...but that's a matter of taste/presentation)
* squeeze of fresh lemon, chopped dill or both (will add next time...I also can't help but think that a bit of Old Bay would work as well)
All you need is a bowl, fold all of the ingredients together until blended and then serve on your favorite bread/hot dog bun - and for more crunch you can always top with the potato chips, or sea salt and vinegar chips, or potato / onion strings.
